Kids Against Hunger – Thursday, Nov. 30

In lieu of a pack meeting this month, we’ll be packing food at Kids Against Hunger  on November 30 at 6pm.

We are on our fourth year of packing food for children in need during the month of November, as a perfect complement to the Thanksgiving holiday. For those who have not had the privilege yet, this is one of our best events all year! You’ll be astonished with how the boys connect to the cause, which is packing meals for children in need around the country and across the world.

We need to get an earlier start to accommodate the organization hosting us, so we’ll meet there at 6pm.  The address is 1258 Quarry Lane, Suite H, in Pleasanton.  If you have any trouble finding the spot, feel free to contact Randall Diamond at 415-310-3649.

This organization counts on each participant donating to cover the cost of the food we pack. It’s $20 per person.  Please register in advance so we can have a head count and also give you the opportunity to pay with a credit card instead of needing to remember cash or your checkbook.

We hope to see you all there. This is really a wonderful gift to your boys.  All family members – including parents and siblings – are welcome!
